Compliance Alert: The 2020 all-in-one poster includes mandatory updates to the DFEH Discrimination and Harassment notice for January 1, 2020. It also reflects mandatory updates to the Cal/OSHA notice dated August 2019, as well as to the CFRA notice (now called the Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave notice) dated March 2019.
Reminder: On July 1, 2020, the City of Los Angeles Minimum Wage minimum wage increases to $14.25 /hour for employers with 25 or less employees and $15.00/hour for employers with 26 or more employees.
